Terms of Service for Patik

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Patik website, including any purchases made through the online store. By visiting the site or placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If the customer does not agree, the site should not be used.

  1. Overview

All prices shown on the site are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Patik reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Where applicable, taxes, duties, VAT, shipping fees, and handling charges may be added at checkout or collected after purchase depending on the delivery destination and local legal requirements. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and import charges unless the site clearly states otherwise.

The customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through the site. Patik may cancel or limit any order if billing, payment, or account information appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. If an order is canceled after payment has been taken, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method unless another resolution is agreed.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, peak periods, weather, local disruptions, or other causes outside Patik’s control. Patik is not liable for losses caused solely by courier or customs delays where the order has been dispatched within the stated handling period.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided, or in some jurisdictions at the point permitted by applicable law.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Patik is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  1. Returns, refunds, and replacements

Patik’s return and refund rights are subject to applicable consumer protection laws, including any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded. If the customer is a consumer in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms.

For made-to-order, personalized, or print-on-demand products, change-of-mind returns may be limited where permitted by law. However, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, materially not as described, or incorrect, the customer should contact Patik promptly with order details and clear photographic evidence so that an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, refund, or partial refund, can be considered.

Where a customer seeks a return or refund for a non-fault item, Patik may require the item to be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in saleable condition with original packaging where reasonable.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the order was faulty or incorrect.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including logos, branding, graphics, product designs owned by Patik, text, layouts, icons, photographs, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Patik or its licensors.
